Other than the occasional re-staining of the wood and resin back piece due to the harsh seasons here in New England, I love these very much. In fact renewing the wood gives me something to do in retired life. I also use these quite a bit during the warmer months, from relaxing with a morning cup of coffee, taking a break from landscaping or having a glass of wine and watching the sun set over the bay. I weigh roughly 250lbs and these support me without worry. I've gotten quite a few compliments over the years and they give the area a warm old fashion welcoming feeling. I am considering purchasing two more. I highly recommend these beautiful bench seats to brighten any dΓ©cor/landscape. Thank you for this great product. In some spots where the wood is imperfect because of knots, they filled them with wood putty.
