As of today, Apr 1, I only used Hertzko 3 times cause I received it on March 23 since I live overseas. It has proven effective & fairly easy for detangling their hair & removing dead hair. Removing the mats & knots takes more patience, but what's good is that the Hertzko didn't scratch or hurt their skin.
