We purchased this product to help us with a difficult situation where the original owner of the house installed tile OVER half of the outlet box that needs replaced, not this product’s fault, but we had hoped to spend the money on this supposedly handy item rather than having to cut into tile to replace the box and afterwards try to find a way to cover the massive gaping hole that will appear that cannot be covered by ANY outlet cover once the outlet box is removed.
