Fram was not so good. Wix was pretty good as well. **Q: is it good for synthetic oil** A: Used 6 of them with synthetic oil in last 30,000 miles and no problems to date. **Q: Is the "O" ring included?** A: I do recall about the o ring. In a pinch I will use the old o ring. The o ring is not distorted in one use to be discarded at the next oil change. **Q: Do the filter can be used with 10 000 km synthetic oil?** A: I think this filter only works on oil rated for miles.
