If you shower, it might not stay on unless you have the dressing not on a moving joint like a knee or elbow. Be sure to clean the wound and around the skin where you need to place the dressing. When I was using these, I had to change every day as the wound was at the knee. **Q: What % silver does this have? I need 1.2%** A: Aquacel AG dressings have the silver in them, not sure of the percentage. I only use the standard Aquacel foam dressings that have no silver in them.
