The first is that the bristles are too soft for my tastes (I like a medium hard) so I felt like my teeth were not getting clean. They felt fuzzy after a few hours. The second and annoying part of that the back of the toothbrush head has like an inset piece of plastic (so there's a seam like there is a cover placed on top of a hole). The seam in the plastic rubbed my lip in a way that it made it feel like I had a pimple on my lip if you ever had one. Didn't necessarily hurt but was super irritating. It did fit my sonic care toothbrush so if you were in a pinch, like a soft bristle toothbrush, and didn't care about the seam on it- it could be for you! Then, they started not staying tight in the fitting; consequently, the toothbrush would not work properly. Had to hold the head to the side of the device to make it work properly.
