Material seems slightly thinner than a similar product that I own, so that's why I didn't rate it at 5 stars. But, it's a nice product if you are careful with it and for the price. And, it keeps drinks cold for many hours even in 88 degree heat with humidity. Haven’t had any problems with leaking and it’s been dropped, daily! My 6th grade son carries it to school and keeps his water ice cold throughout the day and for football and wrestling practice. One morning, before heading out for the day, I filled the bottle with cold water from the refrigerator as I had done many times before. About an hour later at work I picked it up to take a drink and I noticed the bottle was very cold to the touch. The water inside was barely cool, when it should have been just as cold as when I put it in there. The bottle had not been damaged in any way so it must have been due to a factory defect that it was no longer insulating.I emailed Carlton Global inquiring about Simian's factory warranty. I got an immediate response from Elaine telling me not to worry, they would be sending a replacement bottle. Great!
