Love this flavor!  Only gel i have ever tried that i actually can get down without water.. which is great news on race day, can just slime one down whenever I am feeling it!  So addicted, keep re-ordering!  If u want a good flavor and good kick for your run, this is your gel.. take 20 minutes before run.  I have gone as far as 16 miles without needing another so u try it and see for yourself
