Haette man den grund fuer meine 1. rueckdendung beachtet, dann waeren zudaetzliche muehen und kosten auf beiden seiten vermieden worden. Warum setzt man fuer retoureneingang kein personal ein, das lesen kann? Ich werde kaum noch etwas kaufen, was von nilkin kommt.
