However, there are two things to be aware of up front:(1) It does have a fragrance. If you prefer to avoid fragranced products on your face, you may want to look for a different product. (The fragrance doesn't bother me and, so far, this has not caused any adverse skin reactions. But that could be important to some people.)(2) Collagen can only come from animal sources. So if you are interested in using only vegan products, this will not work for you.With that out of the way, I actually have a pretty favorable opinion of this. You don't need to use a lot, so one jar would last a long time. It has a smooth texture and is easy to apply. It absorbs into the skin easily and doesn't interfere with the subsequent application of makeup (even liquid foundation or cream blush). It does not seem to contribute to excess oil and is suitable for my combination skin.Because it contains lactic acid (an alpha hydroxy acid), you would want to use a sunscreen when you use this product (since it's a day cream). I've tried a couple of different sunscreens with it and they all seemed compatible.I don't have a ton of wrinkles or fine lines, but I do have a few around my eyes and in my forehead, and I think I'm seeing a little bit of smoothing/filling there. So I'm happy with that. If you are avoiding sulfates or parabens, this product would definitely work for you (it doesn't have either).
