Instructions did not indicate needing to remove the back tabs for my model but it obviously would not go in without breaking them off, holes on sides mostly lined up with JVC KW-X850BTS head unit. Used 3 screws per side, shims didn't stay put behind the bezel when installing it and made for quite the cuss-filled adventure. Even dropped them through the hole in the floor where the dog house goes and onto the transmission and into the snow under the van, in the dark! A couple times. Made for some serious fun. Other than that, it fits well, looks good. There were detailed install instructions included for all the models mentioned in the listing and it was a pretty easy job to install it. I have never done anything like this before, and used this with an SJoybring Joy-W006 carplay radio and it fits snugly and looks like it was always supposed to be there. The one difficulty was some tabs that had to be removed to fit it in my vehicle. It says to just cut them off, but they are quite strong and required a saw to remove them. It wasn't a problem as such but wasn't quite as easy to do as the instructions made it sound.
