I am actually really happy with the product and although they did not warn me about putting the legs in too firmly and cracking the tub they quickly replaced it before I could even respond. While there was multiple warnings of the over tightening of pipes there wasn't much warning about the legs possibly cracking the tub, but they came through with a new utility tub before I could notice. Solid everything else and the way they handled things will definitely make me look at their products when I go to remodel my kitchen. Top notch for this company and I hope they continue to make people happy. 4 stars based on questions but I would give them a 5 star over all.

It's a relatively thin plastic, so there's a fair amount of flex. I don't think it'll ultimately be an issue, just something to be aware of. Easy to put the legs on and adjust the height of the sink, which needs to happen because the bottom is pretty flat and doesn't drain well until you angle the sink. The faucet fixture itself is pretty solid, just a little tough to get all the hoses through the hole in the sink because of their size. Now that it's all installed, seems to be working quite well.

Very pleased with the quality and appearance of both the tub and the Fossett.

1 - The legs are pretty poorly designed. They insert into the plastic but the instructions insist they aren't supposed to be inserted all the way. I don't mind the gap but the legs just aren't sturdy. The height adjustment is pretty bad too.2 - The water doesn't drain. I've leveled the sink perfectly, the problem is that the bottom of the sink has a bulge. It's hard to see in the photo but it's sloped the opposite way you'd want so the water doesn't go down the drain. It leaves a puddles of water and no amount of adjusting the level or the legs will improve it. The bottom is defective.3 - The plastic is flimsy enough but they include a very large faucet. The faucet itself is fine and it looks like but when you touch it you can feel it move, bending the plastic. Other reviewers have called this out and I can see why. Over time, or if you ever grab it with some force, I really wouldn't be surprised to see it break.I wish I could return it, but I've had it for too long and I didn't think to measure the bottom of the sink to see if it was bubbling up before installing.I wouldn't recommend buying this product.

I got this for my husband to replace a very old one in his shop. This one is fabulous! I love the faucet!

The plastic tub was not as strong or sturdy as I had thought it might be and when I saw that the "feet" were not included in the packaging, I called the company and no one ever returned my call. It seems to work ok it's just wobbly

Overall the sink is ok if the base of the sink wasn't bowed up almost 1/2 inch. The rim is level but water always remains on the outside edges of the sink. Didn't realize until it was installed and noticed the drain pipe was not straight. Haven't been able to get the faucet handle apart yet to adjust the position of the handle. With the sink up against the wall I cannot open the hot position all the way unless I rotate the entire faucet assembly on the sink.

Easy to install, looks great, works well.
