**Q: Will this work with gymnastics rings?**
A: If you’re going to use all your body weight I wouldn’t recommend it. It might be strong enough initially but it would wear after some use. I just wouldn’t trust that with all my weight. That’s my opinion

**Q: Will this work with pro source fit bands?**
A: The ProSource fit bands should work with the Boss Door Anchor.  The question is whether the handles of the ProSource bands will fit through the loop of the Boss Door Anchor.  I believe they should.  Incidentally, often the ProSource bands "come with a Door Anchor, which is prepackaged with the green band, and handy travelling bag."  Check and see if you got one with your ProSource Bands.

I have used a few different door anchors. This product surpasses them all. It is a little shorter and wider than the others, but this is actually a plus. Since I am putting significant tension on the bands, the Boss anchor is much easier to un-loop the bands after I finish my sets. I do not have to remove my gloves and fiddle with it for a while to get it to loosen up (YAY!). Also, the inner material is much more durable, so that little shreds don't start accumulating on the floor after a few uses. So far, it has stood up to some serious pulling and shows no signs of wear and tear. I wholeheartedly recommend this door anchor and will be a repeat buyer if/when it needs to be replaced... Thanks for making a quality product!
