I've only washed them like the instructions indicated in cold water and put flat to dry, and they have kept their shape, color, and softness. Since I regularly wash a load of clothes on cold water and hang or lay to dry, it's easy enough to throw these bibs in with the rest. My daughter is 3 months old and drooling constantly so we regularly use two or three bibs a day with her. These bibs have gotten wet on the front side with the drool, but have not soaked through to get the onesie underneath wet, so good absorbency and protection. I like the adjustable snaps for when she gets bigger. These bibs have been great so far!
