Technician visited and told me the same and even told me wherever such problems are coming in coolers, those all customers have purchased from desertcart only Will nt recommend anyone to buy large Appliances from desertcart due to their worst no return policy once the window closed. This cooler though offers IOT but it's most basic part like motor is not that strong to even support more than a month Pathetic and disappointing experience

Make sure you make unbox video as proof. 

If you're not happy with performance... No one can take used product. So no replacement.
