Actually it fits on the loose side and I had to tighten it a bit. It has a nice positive click to let you know your Glock is secured. Now I gotta say this this is crazy comfortable holster. I never liked the idea of IWB holster and my first holster was from concealment express. It was a paddle holster and I find that holster to be very uncomfortable when compared to my torsion holster from Bravo Concealment. I bought it because I was printing too much with the paddle holster and wanted to at least try IWB. After watching so many videos from their YouTube channel I was convinced to buy one. I have to say I wasn't to crazy about IWB and I can't appendix carry but when I place it at the 4,5 o'clock position it crazy concealable and surprisingly not as uncomfortable as I thought it would be. I've been daily concealing and have not only gotten use to it but have gotten to the point where it actually feels comfortable and for an IWB is sound crazy saying that. Are you going to feel you have a holster on you of course but it doesn't and shouldn't be uncomfortable. The torsion holster is so comfy that there are times I forget I have a holster on especially when I'm sitting down. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Does not fit threaded barrel Glock 23 *by M***I on Reviewed in the United States on November 10, 2024* You will need to modify the part where the threaded protector will sit with a dremel or other tool to cut the holster to fit the hole size, if not the gun will not sit perfectly inside the holster and it doesn't lock into place.
