I hook my dog's leash onto it so I don't have to hold it, and it stays tight the whole time. It's comfortable and convenient. There is a small pocket with emergency info, which is smart. The water bottle holds 22 ounces (I think) which is great & not too heavy.A few things that kept me from leaving a 5 star review: the pocket is not large enough to fit my phone. I have a big phone, but I doubt most phones would zip inside. Luckily, my phone case is flexible and I can hook the clip onto it and zip the pocket partially shut, so the phone stays hooked in just in case it falls out. Also, on occasion the water bottle leaks. I just have to check it before hooking it back in. Not a big deal, but worth noting. It stops leaking if I reseal it after either sucking out some air or blowing into it. Sounds stupid, but it works.Bottom line - it's pretty darn comfortable and serves its purpose.
