This book is a must have for anyone seriously interested in hand to hand combat . It was written by Boaz Aviram , third in lineage IDF Krav Maga instructor . That in its self should be enough for you to get this book .  The book it self is a great read . It is full of information you will not find anywhere else . The principles of Pure Krav Maga are discussed in detail with true logic and rational giving the reader an insight it to what Pure Krav Maga really is  , how and why certain principles are used . This excellent book also charts in detail the origins of Krav Maga , how it’s original essence was lost as civilian Krav Maga spread through the world .The authors other book “ Krav Maga , use your body as a weapon “ and it’s 7 DVD companion set are also very impressive.Thank you Boaz Aviram for taking the time to write this wonderful book which will forever keep Pure Krav Maga alive .
