**Q: I bought a pair of these from another seller. They don’t seem to lock. Are they supposed to click to hold the laces?**
A: When you press the 2 buttons either side of the circular thing, this allows you to slide up the circular thing to tighten the laces and then when you release the 2 buttons the lace is supposed to be secure, the only disadvantage then is you have a good bit of the lace flopping down over the shoe but you could cut it I suppose

**Q: What’s the diameter of the cord?**
A: Approx 3mm
