If both sections are bad but the dual section caps are too pricey for you; you COULD buy a 20uf capactor AND a 5uf Capacitor, then tie one terminal of each together for the common connection and that combo would replace the 97F5476 (assuming that the two caps are rated at a similar AC voltage as the original) Also you will need to find a spot nearby to mount the second cap.
