You coat both pieces with the glue and let it mostly dry, then put the pieces together for a strong bond with a roller of some other method to press the pieces together. **Q: What is the square foot coverage of this product** A: I can't give any definitive answer, they porosity of the substrate would make a difference. I used it for a countertop and covered very well, I had more than enough. It says it requires 3-5 grams for square foot but I doubt that would really happen. That would give about 80 square feet of coverage. I would expect a little less than that. This stuff has very little odor and works just fine! **Q: Will it work OK for automotive applications - like glueing carpet to the car's floor?** A: Yes, but if you make a mistake, you will ruin the carpet trying to remove it. I think there are better glues out there, like 3M super 77 or 90 for this type of project. No, this stuff isn't cheap, but it works. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This stuff, uh... works too well *by K***E on 13 August 2023* So my dumb self decided to use this on some furniture linoleum (Forbo) and for some reason I wasn't prepared for it to stick so well and immediately. It barely grazed it and that was it. I ruined part of my desk because it was impossible to remove and I stretched/ripped some of the linoleum in a panic trying to get it off. User error. Wish I had a helper at the time. Anyway very easy to apply and low VOC make this a great product.
