Review: Be very careful getting the backing off - I think they are fantastic. I had a melanoma removed from my cheek. I had to wait a few weeks and have now started using the silicone bandages. Read the instructions. Cut them to size, much more economical and less obvious. Be very careful to handle, the bandages are very thin. It works so well. Since it is right in the middle of my face I thought it would look awful but they are barely visible and almost looks better. I am on my 5th day and have had a shower every morning and a face wash every night. The bandages stay put. Do not rub the area, just blot dry. It works better than the cream for me. I plan to do this for quite awhile, so that the end result will be a minimal scar

**Q: From the 298 reviews there are more 5 & 4 stars than 1 & 2 .. how can there be such different experiences?**
A: I dont know which reviews are real or fake. I used the Scaraway for about 2 years. I wished it worked for me, but it did not. Who want ugly keloid? It stopped the itching while you wear the patch, but the itching comes back when you take it off. It did not stop the keloid growing.  I went to the dermatologist tried the steroid shots. Fortunately it worked for me after 4-5 shots. It flattened the keloid but you still can see the ugly red mark. No more itching.

**Q: All the reviews have been for scars that are 2-3 years old. My scar is a highschool bike accident 12 yrs old. Will Scaraway help?**
A: It depends on what type of scar it is.  I have two keloid scars on my shoulder that ScarAway originally helped but after I had finished with 3 boxes. the scars returned to their previous prominence because I stopped using the product.  I did not expect the scars to return but, unfortunately, they did.  These scars are several years old now and it looks like they will need plastic surgery since this product and several others did not work.

**Q: How long are you supposed to keep this on a day? I want to get rid of a bump from my nose piercing, so only want to wear it at night**
A: At least 8 hours a day.  However, this means it will take longer to see results.  I wore it on a new scar 20 hours a day for 10 weeks and saw no results...

**Q: How long I could use for one piece?**
A: You can rinse with soap and water and reuse a piece for about one week.  After 1 day, you'll likely need to use tape or sports wrap to keep it on your skin.  If you have a lot of hair, you may want to trim, shave, or wax around your scar so that it sticks better.  The packaging states that you should keep the piece on your skin at least 12 hours a day.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent scar patch sheets and gentle on skin.

Come clear, mostly easy to put on and work for up to 10 days. They are also water resistant, meaning you can potentially wear them in the shower but it may alter the effectiveness, and have gentle adhesive that sticks firmly to the skin without damaging the skin. You can cut the scar sheets too. Cutting to fit properly on the scar is helpful. It comes like a nose patch for pores, with two white plastic pieces on top that you pull off to use the sheets. I’d suggest taking the top plastic pieces off slowly and gently so you can avoid wrinkling. My first attempt i wrinkled the sheets and had to throw it away. I was worried it would irritate my scars and very sensitive skin. I’m happily surprised it hasn’t irritated my skin. Normally products will make my skin red, puffy, acne prone and itchy. This did not do any of that. Taking it off was painless too. I am not sure if it truly last 10 days. According to some reviews, water makes the adhesive less sticky. I haven’t tried it in the shower yet. I’ll have to let you know how my experience is. I also haven’t seen results yet but I’ll keep you updated on that too. Definitely not as bad as some of the reviews I saw. It’s worth at least trying and I’d recommend.
