Nuts and bolts are included. **Q: Is this compatible with thule wingbar evo load bars?** A: I don’t think so and im not happy with the product I would not buy it **Q: Will this fit a fat tire bike that has a wider fork?** A: The front holder is for an old school QR axle. So I don’t think it will fit a wider fork. It’s to small for my Rockshox 35 which has a 15x110 front axle mount.
