Stay away from All those so-called "Non Stick" cookware! They are all "painted" on such as Teflon and other new colorful surfaces (green, white, gray, black and/or spotted etc.). They all wear out quickly and if you over heat or scratch them you might as well throw them away. Overheating or scratching these surfaces exposes dangerous chemicals and they get into your food. I've seen it with my own eyes where there were 100s of these tiny little shiny spots on my eggs after cooking in my Teflon skillet! If you want stomach cancer eat off them and if you want Alzheimer's or retarded kids eat off Aluminum, sorry for being blunt but it's true and I do care! **Q: Question of induction has been asked but never answered.
