However the entire functionality hinges (pun intended) on a single rivet that is constructed of a gauge of tin foil that cowers under the weight of a single roll of toilet paper. I beg the manufacturer to see this review and spend the extra penny on a proper steel rivet and they could raise the cost by a dollar.
