Great in white sauce and qui k Mac n cheese. I like to add unflavored protein and put it kn protein pasta and its a high protein junk food snack. Ok in moderation definitely not a health food.

A: Our Gourmet White Cheddar Cheese is a blend of cheeses to achieve the cheesy flavor. Our Premium White Cheddar (Natural) is simply white cheddar cheese. Thank you!

A: It is a mild cheddar flavor.  We use it on popcorn.  Very nice.

**Q: Why have salt in it?  i have to add my own salt cause i have high blood pressure but would love to have a cheese flavor to add to popcorn.**
A: Added salt is a part of the blend of this White Cheddar Cheese Powder. We do carry an all natural White Cheddar Cheese that is not a blend, so it contains no added salt. Thank you!
