Lots of background noise. This needed a "handset jack" (A10 adapter)2) Use with Lync Communicator on Windows 7, this required a USB adapter (DA40)3) Possible use on a cell phone, mini-jack adapter, not yet purchased.The sound is excellent.Works perfect with "hand set" button on Nortel phone, no need to lift handset.Works perfect with Windows 7 and Lync. Nothing to install, just worked.I may buy another for use at home office so I don't have to carry this one back and forth.I have had my eye on this for over a year, but recent "noisiness" at the customer site made it essential to take the plunge.I am very pleased that I did!I need to stock up on replacement ear cushions.
