Just like everything the price went up a little but a small sacrifice for the quality. It lowers my cholesterol, I have before and after blood tests and this really works in lowering the LDL and also increasing my HDL. Within 3 months of eating one per day my bad cholesterol went down from 190 to 160, good went up from 45 to 58. I did not change anything else so this bar gets the credit.
