The hair is not tangling beyond belief and shedding as soon as i run my fingers through it!! If you want hair that will last.. Do not purchase this product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!INITIAL REVIEW:Let me start by saying that this hair should not have any bad reviews... I am a stylist and have plenty experience with human hair.This hair did come with a slight smell but nothing a cowash cant remove.. Now on to that....Hair came super quick!!!!Most reviews for human hair.. (not only for this hair).. but other human hair... always state that after the cowash the hair changes.. or it tangles.. sheds or mattes...PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!!!!!!!If there seems to be a problem with the texture after cowashing ... then you did not get all of the product out of the hair. Any human hair that is cowashed needs to be rinsed well. If any products are left in the hair, it will change the texture or make the hair tangle etc.I use the dish sprayer to rinse my hair... this way the bubbles help me detect if product is still in the hair. ... I have plenty of clients that come with hair ready for install but still have product in the hair. If you do not have a dish sprayer and after rinsing.. take a bowl of water and dip the hair in. Leave for a few secs... if the water alters.. you see bubbles or a little white/brown .. then you did not remove all the conditioner/product.This def makes a difference.I love this hair... it looks natural and the curls def hold. I have a pic of the hair in its natural state below. This is starter hair ( I purchased this for my 16 year old cousin for Homecoming). This is not high quality low budget hair... such a thing does not exist. There is no comparing this to high quality hair. However, if you take decent care of this hair (detangling/ conditioning/ little to no heat), it will last you a few months. (Yes, I have ordered this hair before. ) But due to the low quality, it will thin, and it will shed. The hair follicles themselves all vary in length with few strands reaching the actual advertised length. I measured and attached photos for your review. When you stretch the hair you will notice hundreds of ends "popping out" as a result of the various lengths, as also seen in photos.As a rule of thumb with cheaper hair, be prepared to cut off at least 1.5 inches as the ends are thin and split. Or better yet, research some good brands and vendors, find a coupon or promo code, and spend a little extra money. Extensions and wigs are investments. Spend $250 to $300 for hair that will last two years vs. $130 to $180 for hair that will barely last three months. Trust me, it is worth it in the long run.Shipping:Hair arrived 2 days after I purchased it. Thankfully I do have Prime, so I will be returning this hair free of charge. However, if you don't have prime, don't buy this hair.Customer Service Issues:The main issue I encountered however was that I only received two of the three bundles. At this point, I didn't trip.
