I almost laugh, watching the birds throw it out (although doves don't seem to mind) So I've been putting in this red millet, plus more sunflower seeds and thistle seed, into the feeders along with the regular bird food. The peeps are ecstatic. Plus, all the bird-feeding tubes don't empty as quickly b/c birds are more satisfied. Although the bags are small and a bit expensive, don't need a lot each time you fill a feeder.
