This blind made the room completely black - we could not see each other at all. There will be no light seeping thru the edges of the blinds either. What an awesome creation!!! We have very large windows (33” w and 68” L) so one sheet had enough fabric for one window. But if you have standard windows, there’s enough fabric, suction cups, and adhesive strips to do a few windows!Note: We did not end up needing the suction cups. We had blackout curtains in his room, but they were ineffective and summer means sunsets and light coming through them until 10:00 pm or later and it just wasn’t working.This product is a little bit more expensive than similar options out there, but it seems to be worth it. The blackout fabric is great and the silver backing does work to deflect heat. My only complaint about the fabric is that it did come with some small pinholes along the creases. Because I hung it behind an existing pair of curtains, it’s not an issue for our house.It comes with two options for securing the fabric to your window frame: removable Velcro and suction cups. I’ve tried both, and they both work fairly well. The suction cups are nice, but placement is tricky and takes some practice. It’s a great solution for travel.
