It's such an unusual thing to see true craftsmanship in an item like this. The one fly in the ointment is a sticker that they put right on the lovely wood! I have been working for a half an hour so far, trying to coax it off without harming the wood. I can't for the life of me understand why they would put such a stubborn sticker right on the side of the box instead of the bottom, where no one would see it. I would have given it 5 stars if the sticker wasn't so hard to get off or was on the bottom of the box. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful box with foam insert. Shame insert is too tight even for intended bottles *by A***Z on Reviewed in the United States on April 4, 2017* Overall I like the appearance of the bamboo box. Is very well put together and nice color tone. Cosmetically the black foam insert looks lovely to hold oils in securely. Problem is too securely...Stars deducted because despite saying holes were intended for 5-10ml bottles even those bottles was a very tight fit. So tight in fact that noticed is starting to rub the stickers off my 10ml bottles. (Do note that in the product pictures the bottles are unlabeled...)Trying to find a way to enlarge the foam holes to better fit the 10ml bottles (and maybe also some 15ml) has been unsuccessful so far and a bigger pain in the butt than removing that huge sticker. . . Finding a new foam insert to make holes the size I want seems a moot point when can't easily modify holes of existing foam. Final attempt will be to borrow a dremel and see if that works. If not then sadly will need to downgrade the foam insert to strips of wood...And yes as others noted the sticker on side of box was a pain in the butt to remove. Had residue even after using a blow dryer to help loosen sticker. They read my review and refunded 50% of the purchase price. Exceptional customer service. Thanks, Northern Breeze! My original review follows:The box itself is okay, but there is an extremely hard to remove sticker on the side of box. I have tried a few things to remove it, but so far nothing has worked. Now I have to buy another product to remove the sticky residue without damaging the wood.
