But go one size up **Q: I wear a 10.5 in sneaker size, what size is best for me?** A: Not sure all models but apparently they run smaller, the ones I got were 2 sizes larger. Wear 10 ordered 12. **Q: do these have removable insoles?** A: Hey Elias, The soles are glued down but that is standard.
