Hardware, eh. *by K***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 6, 2018* The actual look of the completed product when mounted is exceptional. I was expecting poor instructions but actual "instructions" referenced looking at "instructions"? Anyhow, mounting hardware was not correct for mounting tight to a flat ceiling. Comes with a crossbar mount. 2 screws mount to electrical box. And 4 down facing long machined screws line up with 4 holes on the fixture that has 4 covernuts that screw on to hold to the crossbar. Even though my electrical mounting box was up to hold the fixture, I used 4 wall anchors securing each crossbar arm as they felt flimsy. Design of the crossbar made this easy and they include anchors, however I used my own.Speaking of the 4 downward bolts, unit came with 4- 1 3/4" oval headed machine screws #10-32. Replace these with 4- 1 1/4" and it fit like a dream, tight to ceiling. FYI 1" is too short, I found out the hard way. Hardware store for under a buck.Also the wiring appears good on the unit however the live and neutral wires coming off this were coming out of the same insulation with a couple inches on each, seemed like a short distance when I wired it up. Used electrical tape to secure the wire nuts heavily just in case. Probably should have opened up the insulation a bit to expose more of the insulated live and neutral wires.Only had 1 candelabra LED bulb on hand but is pretty bright, will likely just put in 2. If the hardware and instructions were slightly better would have given 5 stars. Includes extra crystals and connectors for crystals, nicely done. I live in a colonial with a lot of traditional style, but I've gotten so tired of that look and wanted to jazz up my front entry ceiling light with something more contemporary to replace a completely forgettable, tacky brass dome fixture. I love the look and it's perfect for the space. All the crystal pendants are carefully shipped in a little boxes, so it takes a bit of time to unbox them all and then carefully thread a crystal pendant to the links with smaller crystal beads, which come in 3 different lengths overall. The longest length pendants hang from the center. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gorgeous! It very pretty!I uploaded some pictures to show the difference (before and after). This picture was taken with only 2 bulbs in the light fixture that were 50-55 watts each. There is room for 4 bulbs. I just need to get different ones.NOTE TO SELLER: The packaging could be packaged way better. The large crystals are in individual boxes, however they weren't all in a larger box together to keep them from moving around. When I opened the boxes there was dust particulars all over the light fixture from the crystals.I am glad you give extra pieces as I needed them. 1 Large crystal was broken at the tope so I couldn't connect it.NOTES TO BUYER: Make sure you check the hook rings on the light fixture before you attach it to the ceiling. This will help for an easier install. 2-3 of the hook rings were stuck together so I couldn't attached the crystal chain to it. I used jewelry pliers to make an opening to be able to string it. 1 did break in half so I was able to do an alternative to be able to have it stay up there.Other reviews about the directions are true. Not very helpful. It is easy to figure out on your own. There is a review that someone mentioned to use a small screw in height (to use when attaching the bracket to the ceiling that you then use the black caps to cover the screw, which I would suggest to do, or cut the screws to the size you need. I did not do that when installing so I might go back and paint the screw to be black so you can't notice it. Only way for someone to notice is if they are standing directly under the light fixture and look up.For the money the quality is fine, it is true to size.
