I will begin by saying that i was very skeptical about using this product and how it could help me... then again aren't we all?!?! I've only been using it for almost a month, but can honestly say I've noticed a difference so far. I suffer from bad acid reflux , of which I take medication for and sometimes that doesn't help much. That being said, my acid reflux has decreased tremendously. In addition to this just overall stomach issues as you get older of which since I've been taking these I've noticed changes as well (for the better). While non of my family members know I'm taking this, they've noticed changes on my weight mainly on my abdomen area. Is it wishful thinking ...maybe but only time will tell and I will be sure to do an updated review. As for the flavor I honestly like the taste ! Sweet,but at the same time you tastes that lil bit of vinegar of which I don't mind at all ! For the changes that I've been able to see thus far and the cost, I give it a 5/5 stars. I was skeptical from reading all the reviews but I got this on sale so I figured "why not?". I have some trouble staying regular on #2 (sorry/not) and I also wanted to see if something could help me out with a couple #'s. Well taking one of these a day did something because I'm less bloated and less (geesus can't believe I'll post this but..) gassy. Also... the "quality" of my #2 is "extensive". Listen, I was looking for a product that did something good for me and this did it. I'm sure someone else needs to read this comment to jump in.
