My wife and I have been using this mat for several weeks, and I have not taken a single pill since. I dismissed the possibility of a placebo effect after the first few days. Both of us have been sleeping better than we have in years. I also have arthritis in my legs and one shoulder. The pain and stiffness has been greatly reduced. All I can say is, it works.
