We stacked bricks across the entire area of the cart and a couple feet high. Did this for a couple years. We finally broke a weld near front axle pulling 1800 lbs of bricks when going over a pothole that caused the load to drop down quickly. It can absolutely carry 1400 lbs with no issues. This was all with human powerβ€” one guy pulling on the handle and one or two guys pushing down low at the back, like rugby players trying to wheel a scrum. I probably wouldn’t load it to 1400 lbs and tow it behind an ATV on bumpy ground bc the force over bumps will be a multiple of the load weight. But this thing is an absolute beast. When the gorilla cart was temporarily out of commission (a friend re-welded it in five minutes) we had to switch to carrying bricks in commercial grade wheelbarrows and the job took three times longer. **Q: Does it dump?** A: Wallace, it does not dump. The side and end rails remove quite easily which adds to accessibility. R/ Chip **Q: Can the front and back walls be removed independently while leaving the 2 long sides attached (for hauling long pieces of lumber)?** A: I haven't tried it but would probably use a strap or rope to hold the sides vertical.
