As these are designed to achieve a finished hole size to the diameter indicated, the “waste” diameter isn’t usually relevant. Nevertheless, the assertion that the “waste” is circa 118mm (I.e. 120mm less the thickness of the hole cutter) is reasonable. However, this may vary slightly depending on the material being cut and how straight you’ve cut it.
