Review: It's definitely a work out - I decided to get the ball because in the right hands even thus can do some serious damage. The ball isn't a little squishy ball like I thought. It's solid all the way through. It does come with a flag, I don't have a teacher so I'm using intuition and some youtube videos as a guide at least in studying how they do some things. I would recomend when you first get it do repetitions with it. Get use to swinging it in one direction then change course and do that a few times with one arm, then the other. This will start to work up your stamina and muscle memory on how to change directions. It was something I decided to get because I've never heard of it before and wanted to try an anchient chinese weapon.

A: Absolutely 💯

A: Of course it's a blunt end.
It's a soft rope as well. 
It's for practice not battle. 
Although it's still dangerous.

**Q: How do you attach the flag?**
A: Not a flag, the pieces of cloth are used for displaying the rope dart...

**Q: Where do I attach the cloth? Do I cut a hole in the center of the fabric and simply thread the rope through?**
A: What I did was , take one corner of the fabric and tie it around one of the rings . I tie mine to the ring that the dart is attached to .
