This is only my second time using this product. I am using mine to make custom cf sun visors for my car. I have done fiberglass layups on marine plywood and it worked fine. This is cf lays up just like 6oz. fiberglass. Very easy to work with. Razor sharpe scissors help cutting the cloth and a good set of various shaped steel rollers help work the cloth once its saturated with epoxy into every detail of your foil or mold. Remember when you layup multiple layers, you alter the cf weave pattern on a 22.5 or 45deg. bias to previous layer, to add strength in multiple directions.
