True they are NOT the best quality. I have been using them for 3 years. My mini poodle does not go outside so I needed the cheapest since I use 2-3 pads a day. Yes, the pee spreads but I have never had them leak through. Honestly, I do not think they are dog training wee wee pads. I think they are chucks, hospital pads. Either way my pooch knows where to go so they work well enough for me. They always say delivery in about 2 weeks and they always come in a few days.
