But what good is a puzzle with missing pieces? We had four missing in ours. I contacted the company using the email address on the box - twice, two weeks apart - but it's now been over a month and we haven't heard anything from them. Vibrant picture. Big enough pieces that they don’t hurt my eyes. My only hesitation is that it came with two extra pieces which was really confusing until I figured it out. I spent the rest of the puzzle waiting for other duplicates or afraid I wouldn’t have all the pieces. I did have all the pieces. The box did not include a picture of the puzzle on the cover so it was nice to have a poster included in the box to use as a guide. The pieces were inside a reusable zip lock bag and there was zero puzzle dust. The pieces themselves were very sturdy, fit in the hand nicely and were not slippery. It is a nice touch to have the letters on the back to make sorting the puzzle easier. You can choose to ignore the lettering on the back of the puzzle if you want to create more of a challenge for yourself. The pieces are fully interlocking and fit together nicely so you can create sections and move them easily around your working area. The picture itself was very colorful and not blurry in the least. I would have given the puzzle five stars, but, five of the pieces came damaged. I was able to straighten three of the pieces with no issue. I was unable to straighten the other two pieces, unfortunately (I was able to make them presentable though). This is a high quality puzzle and would be perfect for the intermediate puzzler.
