Recently their other meal replacement became unavailable so I tried the whey protein and am pleasantly surprised. I love the smooth rich taste and the versatility. I make a different shake every day in a shake blender and It works well with coffee, fruit, Suja juice, peanut butter, almond milk, Oikos Triple Zero yogurt, and tea alternately. I limit the sugar in added ingredients. It keeps me going for a few hours but makes me feel great all day, totally miss it if I try anything else for breakfast.
