I couldn’t find one with an entirely ceramic bowl so this was the next best thing as the aluminum is sealed completely by the ceramic coating. **Q: How long does it take to cook the rice?** A: It took 20-25 minutes to cook, just like the instructions says. **Q: Is the inner lid removable for easy washing?** A: Yes the inner lid is removable. **Q: Does this make 4 cups of cooked or uncooked rice?** A: The measuring cup is 2/3 cup, you can add 2 of them equaling 1 1/3 cups uncooked rice which should yield 4 cups cooked approximately.
