At least it's handled through Los Angeles. None the less -- whatever the Belgians might quip off - I find the transparent fingernail polish to be healthy. Why? I see that I have dirt under my fingernails. I'm a first time fingernail polish user. I'm like from the hills or something right? This is the first time I've grown out my fingernails long. The reason I give it four stars out of five is that I'm not sure what it's doing or if I'm using it the way I'm supposed to. I don't like toluene. But I can't smell it much. I used to work over toluene - which is very nasty. It peeled off and then afterwards I re-applied it. I probably didn't prep my nails right like with acetone. I don't like acetone. I really try to avoid acetone and toluene because I've worked with them previously in industry. I worked for a company that was making rubber parts for companies such as Prevost and Lockheed Martin. I'm thinking about getting a colored nail polish. I think this company should keep making this transparent product. I've been told that nail polish companies are reluctant to make transparent products because of the dirt and gender issues. Nothing else compares in my opinion as this is the perfect (toe) color and stays on longer than most other brands I have used. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cute, but no love from the hearts polish *by V***A on Reviewed in the United States on March 10, 2021* I love the color combination and the hearts are so cute, I gave it only 4 stars because it is hard to get the hearts onto the mail unless you have a tool to use. You get mostly the clear polish and MAYBE one heart. If you have the tools and don’t mind placing them yourself, I say buy.
