Review: Love - Edit: Mine lasted a year but has started peeling off the top layer around the screws for the handle. Fried eggs now stick to it as someone else has mentioned but it used to wash off fine. Will probably get another one but one year isn’t very long lasting Does have a scent when you first use it that goes away with use but not as bad as the regular non stick PFA pans. Those pans leave a chemical smell in my nose & throat whereas this one is much more subtle. Feel a lot better using this. Doesn’t stink up my kitchen every time with chemical scent like other pans & it’s now scent less & have used it a fair bit with silicone utensils. Fairly easy to clean & non stick with a little oil or butter as a base layer otherwise food can stick a little & I’d rather not risk having to scrub bits of food off & damage the coating so a little oil is fine for me

Use lard not olive oil and nothing will stick.

**Q: Is this pan ok to go into an oven**
A: Yes you can put it in the oven (300F >400F / 150C>204C Max) at least according to their description. Although I havn't personally used it that way.

**Q: What about the ptfe coating? is it ptfe coated ??**
A: Some ceramic coatings contain PTFE. As it just says PFAS free, and NOT PTFE free, the chances are that it contains PTFE.

**Q: First time use**
A: What is the question?  Assuming it is "what should I do before first time use" then all I did was wash and dry the pan.  I've been using it now for a long time and it's non stick qualities remain excellent

**Q: Does it come with warranty? How good is this pan on electric hob ?**
A: The Blue Diamond pans have 2 years warranty. This pan is suitable for electric hobs and it works pretty good.

Those pans leave a chemical smell in my nose & throat whereas this one is much more subtle. Feel a lot better using this. Doesn’t stink up my kitchen every time with chemical scent like other pans & it’s now scent less & have used it a fair bit with silicone utensils. Fairly easy to clean & non stick with a little oil or butter as a base layer otherwise food can stick a little & I’d rather not risk having to scrub bits of food off & damage the coating so a little oil is fine for me

Seems ok so far - how long the non-stick will last I don't know. Will report back once it's had a lot more use. Son uses it most days of the week. EDIT Son has mentioned loss of non-stick.
