If not, can one upgrade to a D-ring cuff?** A: It isn't stated, but I think the answer is yes. The cuff is 20" long and fits my arm which is 14" in diameter. I have an Omron automatic device as well with a standard size cuff and the two cuffs are the same size. I'm aware that there are generally four sizes of cuff: infants, pediatric, standard adult and "large" adult. This is the standard adult size. I'm 5'10" 195 lbs and it fits me and also fits my wife: 5'6" 120 lbs. (If you're big, you would need to purchase the larger cuff to get accurate pressures as a cuff that's too small will falsely elevate BP readings.) **Q: Is there a stethoscope you recommend, since it doesn't appear to be included?** A: If you can afford it, I would say a Littmann.
