I am very skeptical regarding functionality and durability. This works. It absorbes the tension from my knee - especially that I got injured while running. Once I squat - this allows me to concentrate ideally on lifting and not the possibility of knee aggravation. I however do not recommend doing all legs routine wearing this as it has a way of squeezing behind the knees if bent.
