I have bought cassava flour off of Amazon for awhile now (I looked at my history, and it's about 7 years and about 200 lbs worth), and this product is nothing like any of those products. Its is grainy, the smell reminds me of foam, and the taste is really off. The flavor just has a very chemical flavor to it. It's really really bad. This product is so off we're concerned about even consuming it.
