Once you open the package which is vacuum sealed you only have about 3 weeks to use it, if you store it in the coldest part of your fridge. Thing is, the package comes with soooo much more than anyone can honestly have in just 3 weeks. But this is my experience, im sure someone has a bigger family and can consume the package in a matter of just a couple days. I would have just preferred either the seller advise of the short expiration date on the tapioca pearls or the manufacturer themselves label a date on its package.
